We undertook an analysis of his actual skill levels against those required in his function; we rewrote his Job Description to reflect this; we identified that he possessed skills unique in his team; we recommended steps he could take to plug any gaps in his knowledge; and we produced a professional CV, should it be required.

We defined what they needed to measure, undertook systems analysis in all countries, ran and tested the benchmarking, and then made recommendations to the executive team.
